Who We Are

Benjamin Hasko is a dual-qualified Master of Wine and Master Sommelier, one of only a handful globally to hold both titles. With over 15 years of experience across the Asia-Pacific wine trade, Benjamin has built a career at the intersection of wine strategy, procurement, education, and commercial development.

Currently based in Singapore, he serves as Group Beverage Director for a Michelin-awarded restaurant group, leading sommelier teams and designing wine programs across diverse venue concepts. He also directs Wine Consulting Pte Ltd, sourcing and importing wines from boutique, sustainable producers across Europe into Australia and Asia, with a focus on strategic portfolio building and long-term brand partnerships.

Benjamin's experience spans global trade engagement, portfolio curation, wine list optimisation, and client education. He has successfully scaled import portfolios, negotiated commercial terms across multiple markets, and developed go-to-market strategies for niche and high-volume producers.

A respected educator, judge, and examiner, Benjamin contributes to the development of industry professionals while championing sustainability and innovation in wine. His global network and passion for discovery continue to drive his exploration of emerging producers, regions, and commercial opportunities worldwide.
